Ashford Pro Finishes is a premium quality focused painting company founded by owner John Fitzgibbon.

John originally from Co Galway immigrated to Boston in 1990 after working in London for 4 years where he served his time learning the trade from a master level craftsman who took pride in his work.

After arriving in Boston he worked for a couple of local painting and construction companies where he continued to build his skill level and was quickly promoted to crew foreman and eventually site manager.

Feeling like he had reached a glass ceiling of what he could achieve by working for others and seeing an opportunity for improvement in providing quality service in the market John decided to start his own painting business Fitzgibbon Painting in 1998.

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion for helping people enhance the quality and experience of their home and business through the medium of paint.

Our mission is help our valued clients relieve the pain, stress and anxiety that often accompanies even minor remodeling and property improvement projects through our professional courteous and integrity focused service.

Our name changed in 2026 but our passion for painting persists! As a high end quality focused painting company Ashford Pro Finishes prides ourselves on our personal attention and dedication to every clients unique project success.
